Hello! My name is Katherine...but everyone calls me Kathy...and I live in a pretty little college town in northern Indiana. I've been married to my soul-mate, Mike, for nearly twelve years...and we share our home with two little Dachshunds, Bonnie and Clyde. I enjoy gardening (flowers, not veggies), traveling, camping, cooking and golfing. OK, maybe ENJOY is too strong a word for the golfing. I have a degree in Biology, I'm CRAZY for Dancing With the Stars, and I don't own a cell phone.

But, most of all I love to sew. When I was little, my Mom would sit me down at her old 1940's Singer and we would make Barbie clothes...and pretty dresses! As I grew older...and taller (I'm 5' 10")...I found most ready-made clothes to be geared toward the more petite types. So, I began to make all of my own clothes...and the more complicated the better! Tailored jackets were a favorite. After college, work became a priority and sewing took a back seat. Happily, by this time, tall sizes were everywhere! Then, I married my sweetie and started decorating our home...drapes and pillows and duvet covers...what fun! But, a house has only so many windows to dress and I needed another outlet. And thus I found my new passion...Tote Bags and Purses!

I've been offering my creations on eBay for nearly four years. From time to time, I enjoy auctioning special Bags for The Komen Foundation and Dachshund Rescue of North America, two of my favorite charities.
